Hope Island Inn By The Sea

This restaurant is built right on the water with a view of Hope Island, Whidbey Island, and Fidelgo Island. The food was terrific. The restaurant has a number of art nouveau statues, blown glass lamps, and other artwork. The owner, Grant, has a great sense of humor, and was very personable. We were here in late November.
