We had the opportunity to stay at the Green Cat in late November. What a pleasant surprise. It's a large country home with acres of peaceful, quiet and beautiful grounds. Even though in the "country," it's only a ferry ride from Seattle. The spacious room and bath were immaculate, comfortable and wonderfully appointed. The view from the room was beautiful.... more

This place has signs outside that tout it as being "kid friendly", so we brought our 3 year old and 18 month old in, thinking, "perfect, a place actually SAYS they're kid friendly!". Not so. Excellent Vietnamese cuisine! You wouldn't guess it from its location, but you've got to give this place a try. It's located in a strip mall, near a grocery store and coffee shop and other outlets.
