Uncle Billy's Hilo Bay Hotel

We stayed at this hotel a long time ago, it was old then but NOW it is horrible! The decor is outdated. I will say our room actually had a hair dryer in it..several years ago they didn't even have THAT! Our one positive: LOCATION and the food and music in the restaurant is ALWAYS great!
