So my family and i stayed there for military housing for about 2 years. It was so bad u should never stay there at all. their workers know wen the security cameras are broken and steal from ur cars. My sister and I stayed here for two nights. The room were clean, the staff VERY friendly. Air-conditioner worked very good. Free service to the airport. We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. We had a car, but really not very far from the beach! I would recommend it very highly. Free calling back to the states... more

My wife and I have previously stayed at the Hyatt Regency, Marriott, and Nikko Hotels in Guam, and the Sheraton Laguna Guam beats them all. (Granted, we stayed at the Hyatt and Marriott in 2003, so those hotels may have changed. But the Hyatt was a huge disappointment, as our room was filthy, with bugs and lizards, and the food... more
