Professional & courteous staff from check in to check out. Room overlooked Arkansas River-great view, relaxing at day's end. Bed really comfortable, great pillows- slept well. Everything in working order except carpeting between bath and room-strip of carpet cut away & not yet repaired for some reason. Bath amenities fragrant & lovely. Linens replenished daily. Disappointed no coffeemaker in room... more

The food is not the main reason to go. While the buffet is serviceable, it has not changed much over the years and never seems to be exceptional. The plays, on the other hand, are a fun & enjoyable excursion. more
