The Quality Inn El Paso is an old, partially-renovated motor lodge in a pretty rough neighborhood. The owners are obviously trying to make some improvements in the form of capital investments (bathroom sinks & tile, bedding, furnishings, etc.) but this poor facility is pretty much past the point of no return.
