We (family of four) stayed at Day's Inn as a half-way stop between L.A. and Carlsbad Caverns right before Christmas. Room Pluses: We had a second floor room that was quiet and clean. Beds were average comfort and heater worked well. Plenty of hot water. Room Minuses: room needed updating and the bathroom tile floor was worn and poorly repaired.... more
