We can highly recommend everything we ordered: Chicken & Lettuce Hand Wraps, Panang Beef Curry, Baked Sea Scallops Mac & Cheese, Green Tea Creme Brulee, and Sokol Blosser Evolution (white wine). Good service, too. Ginger is our new #1 for gourmet dining in Anchorage, with Jens' Restaurant as #2 and Sacks Cafe as #3. more
