We stayed in Plasencia for a week at the end of September. Rented an apartment we found on the internet. The weather was perfect- clear blue skies and top temperatures of 30 in the afternoons. We were very happy with this Parador - superb combination of ancient design and modern comfort. This was the first parador in which we did not opt for a superior room and I defiinitely think the extra €25 or so a night would have been worth it.
