A spacious parador in an exquisite building in a delightful town. A good dining experience was only marred by the open warfare between the maitre d' and the overworked auxilliary staff. Next to the Parador de Zafra, this hotel is nicely decorated, with good buffet breakfast and excellent price. We had a lovely stay in the monumental Parador at Zafra with our 3 kids. We had a terriffic lunch of tapas in the marble courtyard - one of the dishes "tosta de anchoas" was memorable.Each Parador we stayed in was unique and interesting and Zafra did not dissapoint. Highly recommended. more
