We arrived late night in the middle of the week during a cross-country trip from Vegas to NY. I prebooked the room the day before, checked in without any problem thanks to the friendly overnight staff, & stayed one night. Would never stay here again. First room smelled like a kennel. When we complained the front desk staff seemed put out. We were given another room which was ok. However, every few hours a train went by and we were awakened by whistle. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were old and did not feel clean. more
