Stayed here just after Thanksgiving. Cost $75 a night plus taxes and in my opinion was like an upscale motel. The Desert Pear is a lovely oasis after day-long hiking in Zion National Park. My husband and I had the upstairs double queen over the river ... what ambiance. Nice view from the private balcony. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave and even dishes (and a dishwasher). The bathroom has a bidet (great!). Overall, very quiet and just a lovely property.... more
