Went here on our honeymoon last week. Incredibly beautiful place with some of the most friendly, helpful staff we've ever seen. Very clean rooms with nice patios. Free internet in the lobby. The most incredible pool we've ever had the privilege to swim in. The only downside is the difficulty getting to Vulcano. Very remote and coming from Canada -... more

I am not into writing long drawn out reviews but let's see how we get on. In short the Therasia was fabulous. The trip was easy enough but did consist of a flight, one and half hour car journey, a 45min ferry and a 10 min mini coach ride. That said it was mostly scenic and on time. The smell... more

I agree with most of the comments already made about this hotel. I read the reviews before booking but did not believe that the restaurant of a 5* Italian hotel could have a limited menu. I was wrong! The menu did not even change for lunch. The pool bar served snacks (toasties and salads) but again the choice was limited... more
