only 3 decent rides for young teenagers. 1 was broken the 2 nd broke down after 1,5 hour in the queu. over 2 hours in the queu for the third. We left after 4 hours of pure frustration. food over the top expensive. Our girls only had 1 ride! Worst day out ever. SCANDALOUS more

I am a huge fan of rollercoasters so I was looking forward to 'Stealth' 0-80 in 2 seconds.... To find when I went to the queue that it was closed. The reason? The ride was overheating. Stayed twice in January this year. The first time I stayed in a large room on the front of the hotel.The room was freezing when I arrived and it took the heating a good hour to get the temperature up. Poor housekeeping if they knew I was booked in but preferred to cut costs by not pre heating a room.... more

Used this Hotel as it was convenient for purpose of visit. While overall things were fine i.e. staff were helpful (although a little forgetful at times) rooms were for the most part clean and very comfortable, price was good and the general athmosphere was welcoming and friendly it would have been nice if the attention to room cleaning was better.... more

OK if you want to use public transport there is a frequent bus from staines station, £3.00 return, and of course frequent trains to London.
