Hotel has seen better days, (probably 30 years ago). Dirty carpets ancient fridges TV reception poor. I booked this hotel believing it had a swimming pool, two 12 year old boys to keep happy, and was directed to a public swimming pool around the corner, which was closed until August. The Hotel An ugly 3 star hotel is in a small boring village about 5 miles from Pisa that looks like a set of shipping containers. You'll need a car if you don't like waiting around for buses.
