Another place describing itself as a 'butik' hotel - exceptr in this case they seem to have no idea what it might mean, or how to run a hotel. Words like faded, hasbeen come to mind after staying at this hotel. Most of the staff don't speak English, they speak German which is nice for the German travellers.
