We stayed here when we were in Andenes to go whale watching with WhaleSafari, see other review. It is a lovely hotel located in the center of town. We have been whale watching many times around the US but this was our first trip to see whales in Europe. We chose the Lofoten / Vesteralen islands after seeing that it was one of the best places in the world to see whales and that it is probably the only place to easily see sperm whales on a day... more
