We stayed here for 1 night in Oct 09. The room was clean, comfortable and with nice decor. The view from the window was spectacular, we can just stand looking out the window all day. I had initially booked 2 nights here as it was relatively cheap, had received good reviews and was pretty close to our arrival airport in Zadar.
