Can't say enough about how well I was treated at this hotel. Extended business trip of one month. Saw them operate under the worst of conditions, with Milan Malpensa airport closed due to heavy snow, multiple days. They managed to keep the shuttle running and get people to and from the airport, sometimes multiple attempts due to cancellations. Very comfortable... more

Great for arrival in Italy prior to beginning a business assignment. Crowne Plaza shuttle services both since they are affiliated. Runs in the morning and at night. (Hours posted at front desk). Nice breakfast. Also took the shuttle to Crowne Plaza for dinner, but you will probably have to do a circuit of terminals 1 and 2. (About 15 minutes).... more

Malpensa Airport rates at the bottom end of my European airport experiences, with a frustrating lack of signposting, a marathon of a distance between Terminals 1 and 2 (if you can find the bus stop for the shuttle) and a rather grubby feel to it (except for the airside shopping).
