“Fantastic location on the beach but not expensive”

My husband and I booked for one night and stayed for four. Perfect quiet location on the beach yet only a twenty minute walk from the small town of Celesten with daily food market. We arrived in Celestun expecting nothing, went to the beach to relax and found Hotel Gutierrez right beside the beach. We thought we would stay 1 or 2 days and ended up staying 7 days. On my trip to Celestun, Yucatan I spend 2 days/nights at Hotel Gutierrez. The Hotel is in a great location, nice & inexpensive rooms and the owners are very friendly and helpful. From the hotel it´s a short walkway on the beach to the flaminco-tours. Everything is nearby and the good thing is Celestun has now also 2 ATM. more
