Always on the lookpou for somewhere different and away from the colourful tourists, we selected Cherating, Pahang, Malaysia. First up, and dont ignore this one, if you are going there make sure you have some sort of wheels. The shops are 40 minutes drive either way, Kuantan being the busiest, south, and Terrangannu north. Dont miss the wonderful boattrip you can make on the river just behind the guesthouse! Enjoy the relax stay and the great service from Jun and Trish, the owners of the guesthouse! They will give you a wonderful time! Do not forget to try the local " teh tarik"! Go and try it all out!!!!! more
