stayed at this hotel in november for romantic break well first had tablets stolen from room only one member of staff on reception at any time and people standing eight deep waiting not one of the pools were heated restaurants closed sent emails by the dozen and got one reply and nothing else overall holiday spoiled this is not a... more

Hotel staff are the friendliest I have ever known. The reception staff are very helpful and check in is very fast. Stayed for one week at the beginning of December 2009. Nothing pretentious here, four stars they say and four stars they are. We booked with Thomas Cook half board, but was able to upgrade to all inclusive at any time for the remainder of the stay for 15e a night each. This was good value as most of the drinks... more
