Visited on a wee break between Xmas and New Year and stayed for one night, booked through late rooms for £50 bed and breakfast. The rooms are well decorated but tiny, and also a small double bed. Arriving late on a rainy December evening without any warning (with a small Pug dog as well) we were made immediately very welcome and shown to the best equipped bedroom we have ever stayed in, clean and with ample hot water, which also included a complimentary glass of wine and chocolates. After a 200 mile drive this was especially appreciated.... more

My Husband and i stayed at Grove House for two nights in December. We were initially booked in for three nights, but as i had recently been in hospital we had to cancel one night, when we phoned Karen to inform her of this giving her only two days notice there was no problem. We were greeted with a smile... more
