The reception was very severly understaffed. When we arrived there was a toxic agressiv mood among guests milling around waiting to check in or out. Room was ok, but had ventilation making a local storm (and noice). It could not be turned off. We told staff who did nothing. Several lightbulbs in our room needed changing.
