If you are staying at any of the Resorts in Nuevo Vallarta this is a great place to eat! The atmosphere with the yachts is fun and peaceful. The food is fantastic...... from the appetizers (fried calamari, mozzerella salad, ceviche, tossed salad.....) to the main courses ( pasta- tons of ways, lots of fish, steak, veal, lobster.....) and dessert! We just returned back to the room from a dinner outing to Claudio's. The place was on the side of a road, which is what we are use to in Nuevo Vallarta from some of the restaurants. It is made out of a HUGE palapa, very cool to look at. However, the food was absolutely without a doubt the worst... more
