Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the charme of the hotel since the email and the telephone message we left in the answering machine asking for information had no answer at all (despite the soft voice assuring they would call back). That's a very bad attitude that spoils the image of the hotel. 5 minutes writing would have been enough to tell... more
