We stayed at the sapphire the week of Thanksgiving. We were in a Villa, right on the ocean. It was clean, and any maintenance problem we reported, there was prompt response and repair. I am a student at the AUC medical school and rent one of the hotel rooms year round. The Summit hotel is a great out of the way place that offers a beautiful view of the lagoon as well as amazing food at the Deep Bleu restaurant. The pool is amazing and so are all of the staff. From Giselle... more
