Arrived around Easter for short ski - lots of chairs closed but still great weather and skiing higher up. More

After 3 days of skiing, we progressed to this side of the mountain, and it was just perfect for us! Large wide slopes, great for beginners. Sure, I've visited the almighty Whistler and other great mountains. Mountains like Whistler/Blackcomb sure do have gnarlier terrain. Their terrain is absolutely undeniable. we stayed 2 weeks and loved it. It snowed every night. My trip was fully sorted by skijapan.com with superb accom. At pension berg, where my hosts, Miwa and Makko completely made my stay very enjoyable with a hearty breakfast every morning.
