I'd hope that everyone in Canada could have a chance to visit this memorial. The monument and the location are breathtaking. The presentation and the story of the circumstances are enthralling. If you could only go to one destination in Europe, this should be the one. The surrounding areas are very well kept and the locals are friendly and welcoming. More

Lovely memorial, plus lots of preserved trenches, a visitors centre (and loos). Some areas still preserved and fenced off with landmines from the war. Suitable for wheelchairs as paths around trenches decent and ramp to centre. More
