The Gas Panic in Roppongi is a western style bar with DJs. Very similar to DJ dance bars in states. There are bar seats, and tables in sections of the room, and a small dance area. I went a few years ago so it may have changed now. The Gas Panic had a lot of young folk in there (especially Americans). The drinks are relatively inexpensive for Tokyo and the club was clean and had a descent atmosphere if that is your scene. more

There are a couple of these in the Roppongi district of Tokyo. Roppongi is the nightlife district and this bar is definetly aimed towards the younger crowd.
