Ameyoko runs under and around the JR train line near Ueno Station. You can't miss it as it's constantly pouring with visitors in/out all the time. Bargains can be found here, but be careful with name brand items as they could be knock-offs -- problem isn't that great compared to other places around the world but it still happens.
