We visited here while staying in Butlins. When you arrive, you do have to do a double-check that you're in the right place. Entrance is quite steep and uneven so be careful with elderly. When we visited a lot of the exhibits were under construction or refurbishment, no reduction on entrance fee (which I felt was quite high - £9 for adults) and we weren't given that information until after we'd paid.
