This incredible day out is set within stunning landscape, has a huge blow hole full of fish of all sizes, each with names and individual characters. Along with the unique blow hole, there are tanks and tanks of what can only be described as miniture biomes, containing a whole raft of marine life, from the common to the very rare.... More

Interesting and enjoyable tour of an historic attraction, given by a diehard enthusiast who is a Facebook buddy of David Attenborough! Definately recommended, especially if you have kids! More

We enjoyed seeing the pond although it's difficult to see the fish because the pond is dark. However the children liked the little rock pools with starfish etc. The Bathing House is interesting and it was good to see some information about the area and the pond itself. We felt it was a little expensive for what was on offer... More

What a wonderful afternoon out. We called and met the dedicated and charming hostess who happily chatted away to us filling us in on the history and workings of Logan Pond. We ambled around watching the large fish in the holding pond and were facinated how they rose to watch us watching them !!!!!! The smaller tanks were a wonder... More

We tried on two mornings to get to see the fish pond. On the first occasion the gate was chained with no explanation as to why it wasn't open at 10.00am. After hanging around (in our large white easily visible vehicle) we rang the deliveries number to be told the pond would not be open until later due to technical... More

I went there with my husband and Mum last week. We were charmed by the lovely fish and sea creatures, the unique geology of the place, and the charming and sweet young woman who runs the place - a true conservationist. Hats off to her for her love of nature and willingness to share it with us. We also bought... More

We went to the Logan Fish Pond and we all loved it (two adults, 7 1/2 year old and nearly 5 year old girls). It's not your "typical" aquarium, to say the least - we were warned at the start not to put hands in the water as the fish bite, can bite through bone and carry sceptecaemia!! Not to... More

I took my 7 and 8 year old boys for a visit, they really loved it and so did I. Very informative yet friendly, we all learned loads and will be going back again. There are no frills but everything is set out lovely, you get a few fish pelts when you arrive to feed the fish in the main... More

Amazing and clever concept to keep fresh fish for the "Big House"- through use of natural blowhole in rocks. Amazing workmanship to create this. Simply presented with no frills or extra costs. Ladies bathing pool interesting too. Note there are no toilets on site - nearest ones are porta loos in car park - but very clean and spacious!. More
