For people of any age (who can walk, and are reasonably fit) the various courses offer fun and a challenge. We went as a family, us in our 60's and 3 young adults - all had fun. You choose your own level of challenge. Very friendly staff. No pressure. Ice cream/drinks for sale. Recommended. More
