I have been there with my boyfriend and a 13 year old girl and we had a wonderful time although we were very cold because we didn't dress for the cold weather. The weather was nice in out town which is 60 km from Balu park, but at Hargita there was snow.

Balu Adventure Park lies among the wonderful peaks of the Eastern Carpathians, in the middle of the huge pine forests of the Hargita Mountain, at the edge of the very popular mountain resort Hargitafürdő. The adventure park lying on 1.5 hectares, in an unparalleled environment, awaits for the adventure-liking guests with an aerial ropeway built on 120 pine trees and a number of 105 play elements of different degrees of difficulty.The eight tracks are marked with different colors, so everybody can find the suitable track. Children can try themselves on the yellow and orange routes, where the tasks have been established to suit their body height and physical performance. Adults can entertain on four tracks with obstacles of increasing degrees of difficulty. The track for beginners must be completed by everybody, only after that it can be changed for a more difficult one. The specialty of Balu Park is the 985 meter long Tirol sliding track, which is the longest sliding ropeway in Central Europe. Our team-building track offers unique experiences for parties with enterprising spirit.
