Brilliant facilities with lots to do and easy to get round, wide selection of animals to get to know, help feed etc, staff very friendly and helpful would recommend to everyone for a fun family day out.

I have been to Down at the Farm a few times and it just gets better & better! The staff are friendly and helpful, the animals are well cared for and happy, visitors are encouraged to participate in activities (bottle feeding lambs, petting guinea pigs and rabbits, brushing donkeys etc). there was a limited selection of animals happily all looked well looked after, poor sign posting, most disappointing when you have children with you, some people seem to be able to gain close up access with the animals .....why cant everyone do this and if they can then advertise it let us know!! Thank you for your response, I am sorry you felt that are selection of an animal’s was limited, As a farm park we have all the usual farm animals, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, ponies, donkeys, hens, ducks and geese, Rabbits etc. and at certain times of year lots of new born animals, for example spring lots of new born lambs...

kids loved it especially feeding animals. a tractor ride takes them all round farm too. it will be great in the summer.

we had our daughters 3rd birthday party here and it was fantastic. the staff were superb. the girl assigned to out group (15 children plus parents) was superb, all of the children were treat like superstars. every child (and parent) loved the experience. we would definately recomend this place.

We initially visited in the Summer of 2011, and found the entrance fees to be more than fair, our little one, being under 2 had free admittance.
