La Souqueto is in a beautiful setting a few minutes from the Canal du Midi. We enjoyed four days of culinary delights with interesting trips to the Goat cheese farm, Salt pans, vineyards and more.
The cookery demonstrations were helpful and inspiring and I picked up lots of tips which I have used since returning home.
