Stopped at Thunder Hole the day after a storm. The rock was wet and slippery! My husband slipped and broke his ankle. I am not sure how this could be rated unremarkabale because it is fanscinating to watch the water and although it may get crowded there is pleasant of area for visitors. If one is going to a National Park natural wonders should be what you expect to see. more

If I had gone at just the right time, I guess I might have seen more. There would probably have been more people there though, and there were quite enough as it was. If you miss this, don't fret. more
