Purchase the Acadia National Park Audio Tour disc at the visitors center. We took this audio tour around Acadia National Park and it was fabulous. It is a guided tour disc that you follow as you visit all the great spots on the 56 mile tour. The disc cost about $15.00 and was well worth it as you have souvenir... more

We visited Acadia National Park at the end of August 2009 and caught the end of hurricane Jenny. Whist it was windy and wet we took the Loop Road bus and got the bearing on key points of the park.
