Navajo Loop is a moderately strenuous hike covering approximately 3 miles with a descent and subsequent ascent of 550 feet. The geologic formations are stunning, the trees blending into the rocks are magnificent and the entire experience is breath-taking. Of course, bring plenty of water and take it slow. more

This will really make your trip to Bryce. However, go the reverse of the park service recommended route by starting on Navajo and ending on Queens as other review as mentioned. I couldn't remember which way to go. Navajo is a very steep climb with stair-like portions. Both sections of this loop must be seen. They are both beautiful but... more

I did this hike last saturday and it was great. Defintley worth the miles. But really theres so much to see, it doesnt take that much energy. You get a completley different feeling when you are down hiking around in the Hoodoos. I have hiked Zions and Grand Canyon and this is my favorite~ more

I'm not in the best shape in the world, nor the worst. This hike is highly recommended with good reason. If you can walk, you can do it. The views are magnificent. If you only stay ont he rim, you'll miss half the beauty of the canyon. Go early, it gets busy fast! more

If you only have time (or the strength) for one hike, this is it!! Not a terribly strenous hike and the park rates it as their "must do" hike. In order to truly experience the beauty at Bryce, you need to descend into the canyon. Start at Navajo Trail and you will descend rather quickly into the canyon via a... more
