Rim Drive is only fully open part of the year - during the summer. It encircles the lake, offering vistas & glimpses of it from many angles. When open, one can also bike along the road. Definitely worth the time!

If you love mountain views and romantic vistas, Crater Lake Rim Drive is for you. Just be sure to call ahead because snow often persists through the spring and sometimes into early summer which closes portions of the Rim Drive.

A nice drive with stops along the way. Not a continuous view of the lake, but enjoy the nature about you. Some trails hike to view the lake.

Majestic drive ! Many area to pull over and get a different viewpoint of the Lake.

This is a must! You see so much when you drive all the way around. Take about a hour but it is so fun to keep stopping and seeing the diferent landscapes, different parts of the lake and different views of Wizard Island!
