We prebooked an 8pm "Canyon Run" in mid-July after talking to the various companies in the area. We chose DOC because they were the best value and were very helpful and friendly on the phone. We went through Denali Outdoor Center and took the Nenana Half-day Paddle raft trip. It was a 4 hour raft trip with class III/IV whitewater rapids! Cost was $104/each and well worth the money.
