We booked tour with them by calling them, next day when we were waiting for bus , bus came very late to hotel and then we had small hand luggage , bus driver was so sick he argued and bad mouthed us and did not wait for 2 mins for us to drop the luggage in cloak room he left... More

Quite simply, i booked the trip, three days before , they gave me a confirmation # for Sunday and at 9am no bus showed i called at 10am they said they canceled, they took so long on hold i gave up to check why!!!!. From start to finish this company is the pits! 1st lie: the cost doubles with extra charges, fuel, credit card, processing for each person! 2nd lie: the S. Rim tour does NOT get back at 9pm-9:30..11pm-12midnight if you are lucky 3rd lie: bus drivers are not tour guides...I don't know -is not the answer you want to hear about any... More

When going to tour the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas, choose your tour company carefully. While "Sightseeing Tours Unlimited" staff were friendly, the motorcoaches were clean and new and they boasted great experience our tour was a total waste of a day.
