A great introduction to Grand Teton National Park. They did a great job on this building and information. A good place to also stop and ask rangers about back-country conditions. More

Located in Moose, the Craig Thomas Visitor Center has lot to offer. They have daily naturalist talks and walks, and great kid-friendly displays about Grand Teton National Park. The gift also has some nice selections. More

This VC is definitely worth a stop, even if you've come south from Yellowstone and have already seen most of the park. The views of the Tetons are awesome, and the park film is really good, too. They have several exhibits about mountain climbing, human history and wildlife in the park that are all informative, and some are interactive as... More

The Craig Thomas Vistor's Center is a new building with some nice exhibits but for us the best thing was the film about the park. Produced by the folks at Discovery, and shown every 30 minutes or so, it is really informative and enjoyable. When the film ends the screen goes up, the curtains part and the views of the... More

Don't leave this one off of your list. There are lots of different visitor centers in the Grand Teton National Park. This one was extremely enjoyable. It was informative without being stuffy. More

We went here for a second visit. The building design is stunning and the view is tremendous. What is a shock is that from the parking lot to the center is a decent walk, which I don't mind, but they have you walk past service areas (non-public. Why they didn't put those at the rear of the building is a... More

There are several visitor centers in Grand Teton park, each with its own theme. In our opinion this one overshadows the rest. It is a hands-on, multi-media center which will keep the kids and adults engaged. The overview video is excellent and well worth the time; when the show ends and the curtain goes up you get a magnificent view... More

This seems to be a quite new visitor center near the toll booths as you head into GTNP from the Jackson area. The entrance seems to be at an odd location on the right side (but there was construction near the building so perhaps this will be different in the future.) The facility is attractive, spacious, and clean. There are... More
