June 30th 9:00am The parking lot for the trailhead was easy to find. It was nice to get away from the growing crowds in Cades Cove. The 2.5 mile walk follows Abrams Creek. The trail winds up and down a series of ridges and valleys following Abrams Creek. The trail is in good condition and is covered with flowering rhododendron.... more
