Absolutely beautiful! I'd recommend driving to Clingman's Dome and walking up the 1/2 mile trail to the overlook. The overview provides stunning 360 degree views of the Smoky Mountains. Clingmans dome is awesome. I got up there on a clear summer day and the view was breathtaking. The view from the parking lot was breathtaking.
