This trail is a must-see, but make sure you were comfortable walking shoes. We went on a whim and I was wearing flip-flops. Bring a water bottle and your camera. We saw people of all ages--the trail is no problem for strollers or wheelchairs if you don't mind pushing uphill on the way there. The way down is mostly downhill.... More

This was our first hike after arriving in the park. It's a very pretty hike for 1.7 miles each way, but nothing too strenuous. The falls are definitely worth seeing. On the hike back we saw a bear and her cub, a great surprise on our first hike! More

If your looking for something to see with limited time this is a must do. The walkway is paved for this one and its not very long. The falls are a must see. More

Although there is short mile hike to this fall, it seemed to go one forever, but the fall is nice and the views on the way are pretty. More

If you love getting out in the park, but don't want a difficult or long hike, this is the one! The falls are beautiful and the path is paved. We went beyond the falls to for a total of 4 miles. It had huge trees, beautiful spring flowers and plenty of quite trails. More

Nice path. Falls were pretty. The trail just past the falls was difficult to hike. More

We choose this hike, as it is paved all the way to the falls, so we could take the baby of 2 with us in the stroller. About 3/4 of the way the hike has no scary steep inclines on the side - but at the very end it does, so we kept a tight grip on my 3-year old.... More

This is another paved trail which makes it a bit easier for some visitors to make the hike. Enjoy the sounds and the smells of the woods as you walk to this beautiful falls. Always keep your eyes open for signs of bears and other wildlife. More

This was our first trip to the Smokies and we loved it! My son, husband and I went during Spring Break , this part I wouldn't advise due to the crowding in the afternoons but this fall and all the scenery to the fall is defiantly Nature at its finest. The three of us also climbed down to the rocks... More
