Very disappointed in the way the Mammoth Cave Ranger engaged my son. My family and I made a decision to drive a long distance and pay a lot of money to see the great wonder... We were all very excited but the experience was quickly tarnished by an overzealous Ranger. Unfortunately my son has a phobia of wasps and bee's.... more

All in all Mammoth Cave is an awesome national landmark. The historic tour was very interesting and fun. The fat man's misery was lots of fun. It should also be called tall man's misery too. I'm a pretty tall person and I had to duck the whole way. Then I had to turn sideways. It was a very exhausting little... more

It was quite a fun attraction. The only complaint I had was this: I went to Mammoth Cave for my eighth grade field trip, and my vice principal came along for the ride. Fat Man's Misery is a part of the Historic tour (maybe others) in Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky. It's a tight squeeze for some folks. I got thru with just a minor inconvenience.
