Since the Never Summer Ranch is no longer in existence, I am assuming this is in regards to the Holzwarth Historic Site. This site was built in the 1920s by a rancher. The area experienced a population boom when prospects of wealth in the mountains nearby was announced. However, little materialized, and the site was left utterly deserted. The Never... more
