This is a pretty neat tunnel on the Zion-Mt. Carmel Highway inside the park that goes through the canyon wall. Its long and kind of narrow but it has several windows, which you can see out into the canyon. At the east end of the tunnel are places to park if you want to take a picture of the tunnel.... more

I personally believe that you miss the majesty of Zion National Park if you fail to enter from the tunnel. The views when you enter the park are stunning however the view when you exit the tunnel and look down into the Zion Valley are breathtaking at least.
